Return Policy

At Chakow, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make it easy for you to return your Chakow bidet if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for all Chakow bidets, whether they have been used or not. If you are not satisfied with your bidet, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To Return a Product:

    • Please contact us via email or phone to initiate a return request.
    • Ship the bidet back to us in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt.
    • Once we receive the bidet and inspect it, we will issue a full refund.

Return Exclusions:

    • Products that have been damaged or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
    • Bidets that are considered "used" beyond the 30-day return period may not be accepted for return.

Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged Bidets:

If a Chakow bidet is damaged or tampered with, it will not be accepted for return.
